Get ready for a crazy next 12 months. Also those experts on TV that say the worst is behind us or that we will see a recovery in late 2009 are the same experts that last year said this was not a bubble and that the housing prices were justified due to supply demand economics. Don't listen to them. Buckle up, it is going to be a very wild ride.
