Bush To Give Vision Speech!

In a scheduled damage control speech from New Orleans this evening, President Bush will attempt to verbalize a "new vision" for rebuilding the Gulf Coast area. The Bush-Rove vision is expected to include many new golf clubs, a variety of new custom neighborhoods with 4000+ sq. ft. homes in gated communities, space for additional Lexus dealerships and a model of a new front porch for Trent Lott. A new "recovery czar" will be appointed, likely to be a major campaign contributor and/or college roommate. Bush's major challenge is to distract voters from the many failures of his administration. Without actually pointing his finger, he will allude to the inadequate response from "all levels" and the need to not "play the blame game". He will claim responsibility for some of "it" but make it clear that "governments have no role in helping people get out of their own messes".
