Isn't it interesting that both France and the US have a unique problem in common - - - MASSIVE immigration . In addition France has a declining birth rate, so the government is offering French women a sizeable bonus for having a third child. Wonder how much of an incentive that will be? Anyone betting on a population boom over there? Not me.

There are so many other social benefits - the women have no reason to succumb to more child rearing agony. And how could they? Il faut garder ta ligne!
