It's so sad, but this girl is goin' down fast.
I don't keep much tabs on Amy, but when I heard about the incident at her concert last week, I had to do a little research.
Let's just start at the beginning. I'm sure her record company was aware of her drug problem and thought they could control it and it would probably make for good publicity. But I guarantee you, they never thought she would piss her fans off by giving a drunken, whacked out performance, only to call them "mugs" when they booed her. Oops - that won't prove for better record sales.
And what is all this whining about her husband being in jail. He's in jail, not dead. Somebody buy her a security blanket that she can trail along with her on the streets of London. I can see it now, a cartoon in the newspaper with her drawn as Linus from Peanuts. Sucking her thumb, trailing her security blanket, and dust clouds at her feet. The caption will read "I gotta go to rehab."
Now I'm not totally immune to the tragedy of an alcoholic with a heroin problem, but I'm sorry I gotta say this - she's an idiot. She's throwing away her life and a promising career.
Not sure who will be able to help her on her way down, but I think it's safe to say it won't be her husband.....

You know your life is sad when....you can't get your strung-out a*# outta bed before noon to go see your husband in jail. Amy Winehouse breaks down outside of a London jail, when her request to see her husband was rejected. Why? Because she missed visiting hours. When her begging and pleading didn't sway the guards, she left the jail in tears.

Guess I wasn't too far off when I was joking about Amy Winehouse aimlessly wandering the streets of London.
Amy was photographed yesterday, in her bra and jeans outside her London apartment at about 5:45am. She was visibly upset and mumbling incoherently. Any chance she was mumbling, "I gotta go to rehab?
