Upon returning to the Einstein Cellular outlet to complain about continual disconnects, I was told I needed to buy a more expensive phone because the original one they sold me didn't work very well. Would I receive credit for the shitty phone? Hell no, I was just supposed to eat it. Do not do business with these self-proclaimed "communications geniuses".

I agree i have them as weell. I bought a $80.00 phone from them and from the day i got it there were problems. I was told buy someone at "customer service" to take it back where i bought it and get it replaced. Tried that and i was told buy them that if they gave me a new phone they would lose money. There solution was to send it in which i would also have to pay for even though they sold me the messed up phone. Not only that but they service sucks, i don't even get service in the einstein business!
