Duped by a online date    Back to the homepage
Views: 876 Report
I met a guy online that I clicked with very well . After 3 months, exchanging photos, emails , and phone conversations , We meet! His photos were over 15 to 20 yrs old !! He was 40 lbs larger than he said. To top it off he had an obsessive/compulsive disorder with cleaniness !! He brought his own cleaning towels to clean the table at the restaurant!! I'm going back to the old way of finding dates! I prefer to be lied to the traditional way!!

Anonymous (7/11): all that said, I heard match.com is informed of over 100 engagements a month due to their service. (report)

Anonymous (7/26): that blows. I used to work for match.com and the two most lied about areas on people profiles were height for guys and weight for women. That said we had over 90 engagements come out of match.com each month, and many happy marriages. Keep up the faith. (report)

stephensoncarle (8/29): That is not the only issues with online dating. I knew a guy that posted at Match.com and when his wife found out about it, he said it was a joke that he didn't put it up there, but some how the next day it disappeared. Imagine that. (report)
