What Do You Do When the Cab Driver Is On A Cell Phone?

I hate it when cab drivers drive while talking on a cell phone but I feel like it is a lose lose it you tell them while you are on your way to your destination. This happened to me today and I decided to wait until the end of the ride to share my views and I withheld my tip as well. Thoughts?

Uhh there job is to drive u to where u need to go...not b ur friend and talk to you about ur pathetic life..And yes I said pathetic...how pathetic r u if u get upset bc someone would rather tlk to u than b on their cell 2 begin w!?! Get over it!! And the whole not tipping thing went too far. Seriously he shoulda ran ur cheap ass over.

two of my good friends were seriously injured - taken to the hospital - when their cab driver, who was on the phone, crashed into a car stopped at a red light. i think they should not be allowed to talk on the phone while they have passengers.
