Don't get a cell phone from Sprint

WARNING! Do not get a wireless plan with Sprint! They are awful. I finally got out from under their poor signal and crappy customer service. They tried to charge me for two months worth of service after my cell plan was already canceled! I had to call and spend 45 minutes arguing with them to get the charges removed. Also, the day I called to cancel my plan, I got hung up on twice when trying to get to the cancellation department. I had to go through the sales department to actually get to someone to cancel my plan. Then the guy kept putting me on hold. I was on hold 2 times for 15 minutes each and he would come back on and try to offer me a different plan. When he tried to put me on hold a third time, I had to tell him I wouldn't hold and that he should just cancel my plan and I hung up. Every time I had to deal with customer service because they charged my incorrectly (which was at least 3 times in the past year), it was a hassle.

I agree!! Sprint is the worst company for customer service now and will always be - unless they change their ways. I had a lot of problems when I was with them. The hold time was absolutely horrible. Many times I tried to talk to them and it was like I should have had a foreign speaker to translate for me. I actually had to ask for someone at times, who spoke and understood English! And on top of that they couldn't even get my name correct on my statement. Thank Heavens I am now with Verizon!
