This company abuses minorites specialy hispanics. Their business is selling janitorial franchises to individuals. They give you an excellent presentation. They make you believe you will make a lot of money cleaning ofice buildings. They sell you a building with a comission of 280%. this sounds good because for example if there is a building that pays 1000 per month, you pay them 2800 and after that the profit is yours, (not) with a 15% monthly franchise fee.
What they tipicaly do is, they will sell you a building, give you payment options up to 11 payments. Once you finish paying them, they take the building away claiming poor customer service on your part. Or once you sign the contract even if you havent finish paying for this building they take it away and charge you for this money. They did this to me with a 12000.00 building. They didnt pay me for 2 months. I had to hire four people and pay them from my own money and once I signed the contract the took the building away from me the next day. And, after that they sell the building again to another franchise owner.
That is what they do over and over again. I personaly know more than 10 people they did this to. This people are commiting fraud and should be stoped. The contract you sign with them is 100 pages long and it is full of nonsense. In their contract it states that if you want to file a complaint or a law suit it has to be done in Sacramento. After what they did to me I went to see a lawyer and he told me to file a complaint with the district attorney.
