For my first post on here, I thought I would rave about one of my favorite bands. I first heard about the Decemberists last year, first on the radio and then I read an article about their most recent album: Picaresque. After downloading said album off iTunes, I listened to it on repeat for maybe a week, and then proceeded to get all the rest of their albums. The Decemberists are one of those rare groups that combine a unique sound with interesting and deep vocals, and they top it off with some intellectual humor. Huzzah for them coming to Seattle soon!
