This was my second time seeing Jack Daly speak and again I was completely blown away. He is an amazing and accomplished sales coach with an ability to inspire an entire group. He has a very practical approach to sales and and sales management and is filled with creative ways to achieve the end goal. I got a kick today out of his discussion around going away parties for top employees leaving your company. Instead he believes in throwing new hire welcome parties. Little things like this get you thinking. As a sales manager his advice on recruiting, training, and measuring results will be extremely helpful. He's filled with one liners like, "things that get measured get done." He's right. If you can make it to see him live it will be one of the most beneficial trainings you've ever attended.
