Your Credit Is Not What It Used To Be    Back to the homepage

Since a large number of financial industries have done away with the relaxed manner in which loans were handed out, it’s harder today to get credit. It’s not what it used to be and that’s why you need to take certain steps to ensure you get the credit you deserve. If you want to be first in line to get the best deals in 2008, you may need to take a look at your credit score. Mistakes are made continuously on credit reporting. You can get free credit reports all over the internet. Check yours and if you see any mistakes, fix them. It can mean the difference between a credit score of 700 and 650. And, believe me, credit is not what it used to be, so you want your score as high as possible. Try to pay down your credit cards and any equity loans you might have. The more available credit you show, the better your score. Since credit is not what it used to be, you need to be ahead of the game and be the first in line to reap the rewards.
