why do all you pro-war people feel that it is disrespectful of the slain soldiers when people protest against the war. WHAT THE F*** ARE WE ACCOMPLISHING OVER THERE. Why do we need to be there at this point. Just because people believe they should be home instead of fighting a war that had no true justification does not mean they don't support the troops. I don't support the President or the politics that put our great men and women in a situation that could have been delt with in diplomatic matter. Can you explain in detail why we are there? To this day there is no proof that Iraq had anything to do with 9/11. There is no proof of WMD. And if you believe we are there because thousands of Iraqi's where tortured and killed. Then how come we are not fighting a war against the same brutality in Africa. The fact is we are over there fighting for Oil or maybe because ol Saddam took a pop shot at Bush Sr. Who knows other than the currupt polititons running the show. Maybe I don't know anything about it but I do know that it is time for our soldiers to come home.

Anyone who thinks diplomacy is a fit response to 9/11 lives a very narrow sheltered life. As for proof Iraq had anything to do with it; I would see paying for "martyrs" to attack Americans as a clue at least. Your response appears to be directly out of the liberal talking points and doesn't hold water then or now. As a retired military person, Viet Nam veteran, I assure you I never wanted to see my country in another war. When you are attacked you respond. We don't cower unless we have a Democrat like Clinton who might be able to make a buck out of it. As for the oil......I'd sure like to see where you can show me it has helped us at all. If we wanted that oil we would have already developed it and shipped it here. Get serious.

Cindy Sheehan has every right to question the man who lead her son and this country into an unjust war. Not only is it her right as an AMERICAN, but also as a mother. How is attacking Iraq justified by 9/11? How many Iraqi's were involved with 9/11? Bush is an ineffective leader who will be remembered as one of America's most incompetent presidents. Support our troops by demanding the truth.

Since we don't really know what her son is thinking in the afterlife, the other possibility is that he's very proud of his mother's attempt to stop more unnecessary deaths in a needless war.

America is definitely at a very low point-with the uncalled for war going on in Iraq, the floods in the south, and our dear president on his 5 week vacation! Maybe it's best he stays on vacation because when he's doing something it's usually a mess! We are in a mess in Iraq, they haven't met us as liberators with flowers, as predicted-I'm all for protesting this unjust war-(worse than vietnam) We had no reason to go there-and now we ARE the terrists! Invading their country!!! I am happy that the viewers of Holyshnikes are at least motivated by something important! rock on!!!

So you went to the cemetery and dug them up to check? How do you have some inside knowledge of what the dead think? Seems to me you can only speak for yourself and you do that poorly.

I'm sorry,Did the iraq's attached us? Destroy electrical and water stations so the daily person woke up to the thunder of tanks? NO that was Bush jr.playing "stop terrorists" I'm proud of our soldiers who are 18 years old and up. But did you know once they get to Iraq and see what is going on,that they are willing to shot them self to come back to U.S.A. OR hope to get a minor injury that will get them HOME.No we were lied to by Bush jr.and his patriotic speeches for this attack.

Right on U.S. Army Retired! Her son chose to fight for his country and he did so with honor and my respect and admiration for his bravery and ultimate sacrifice! He was proud of what he was doing and knew that what he was doing will ultimately make a difference in Iraq and the U.S. No mother wants to ever lose a child and I am not underestimating the grief, sadness, and heartbreak of her loss, but she is truly not honoring her son's memory with her irrational demands on the President. He has already met with her and continues to meet privately with families of slain soldiers. Did you know that Michael Moore is her biggest supporter??? Doesn't that say it all?!

I'm sure Cindy felt she was doing right when she first began this quest, but something has changed. She became a celebrity. Have you watched her on the news? She is in it for the publicity now. She is riding the wave of her fifteen minutes of fame. (The fifteen minutes were up some time ago too.) Did her son join the military just so that he could "play soldier" take a paycheck from the government for essentially nothing? I don't think so. Her son did what he wanted and knew the dangers. Why I bet ol'Cindy even encouraged her son to join the military. That was all before she thought he might have to actually fight. Everybody likes to join the military in peace time.
Bamwitch- If we were over there for oil why are we paying out the poop chute for gas at the pump? I agree we shouldn't have sent US troops over there- we should have bombed the place into a crater.

I think you all are missing the point. #1, we cannot walk away from Iraq without a lot of blood being shed. Iraqi's are already being killed in numbers far higher then our troops are. #2, we are not fighting an Iraq war, that was over a long time ago, we are fighting terrorists! We will have to fight them there or fight them here. #3, this is a world fight, but again the US is taking the lead role. Look at London, Spain, the Phillipines, Afghanistan, Isreal. Hell, they just pulled out of Gaza and their thanks is an attempt to blow up a bus yesterday. You peace lovers always cry when we lose lives, but what happens when we let them go, and come here again? They kidnap several bus loads of our children, take them to a feild, and cut their heads off on National TV. Will you still say, it isn't our war?

Wrong war, wrong place. Why did we attack Iraq on a proven lie when it's indisputable that Iran and North Korea have nukes? Why have we paid so little attention to the terror camps in Afghanistan and have yet to find bin Laden? I agree that when you are attacked as we were on 9-11 you must respond, but respond appropriately! Afterall, weren't the 9-11 hijackers (and bin Laden for that matter) Saudi? Mr. Bush, you truly are a f**king retard!

I believe that Cindy is doing a great disservice to her son and to the military. I doubt her son would've wanted her to act the way she does.

I agree with this post head on. Thank you U.S. anonymous. Her Son, if you read carefully, VOLLENTEERED (spellcheck, i'm only 12), to go back to Iraq. Now, to me, that tells me something. That tells me that he knew he was doing good over in Iraq. He knew he was making a change for the better. Now, the people in her campaign, say that Cindy Sheehan's son, Casey, was FORCED to go back to Iraq. However, i don't think they understand that Vollenteer (Spellcheck), and Forced, are two different words. Cindy Sheehan, is staining Old Glory, by lowering the moral of the U.S. Soldiers, and not only is she doing that. She is also giving the Taliban, and the Insurgents a great, moral-raising, kick ass propaganda. What is she doing for the U.S., tell me right now, what is she doing for the U.S. Army?? HER SON WENT OVER THERE, BY HIS DECISION, and died a heroes death. He shouldn't have died, no one should've died, but he did. He did, and he died for the U.S.A., and protecting myself, and YOU from terror. If i had a chance to see Cindy Sheehan, i wouldn't talk to her, she isn't worth my time. I'd spit at her.
