Cindy has given a herculean effort against the war and how she views American policy in fighting abroad.
I had some sympathy for her from my moderate standpoint (I vote for candidates of all parties). I thought
She was sincere and very grieved in losing her son to which may turn out to be a fruitless endeavor in Iraq.
However she lost me & crossed the line when I read this:

Very graciously met with Cindy Sheehan even after she was arrested for protesting at the Whitehouse. She is not
An Arizona resident nor are any of her protest contingent.
And what she do after the meeting? She calls McCain a Warmonger . &..Cindy is a fool, if she had any
tact she would respectfully disagree and thank the Senator for meeting with her. I know she is no elected
Official, but yet she has stood up as an activist but now even has support/ followers., and is now name calling&.(beautiful).
Clearly she is out of her league and out of her Tree. You may not like McCain, but you have to respect what he has been through.
Clearly Cindy has not.

Cindy Sheehan's personality and faults are irrelevent. She is helping to wake up Americans to the fact that the war in Iraq was and is unnecessary, and illegal under international law.

A spokeswoman for Sheehan, said, "She's exhausted and she's not feeling well, but she intends to meet her obligations." WHAT OBLIGATIONS?

At first I didn't think much of her because if I had a son/daughter who lost their lives in war, I'd be ticked off, myself. But she's just gone off the deep end. The anti-war protests are having a bad effect on the U.S. by lowering the morale, especially for the military. She even waved after she was briefly arrested. Y'know Cindy, that arrest will NOT LOOK GOOD on any job application.

I tottally agree with this post, and the posts of "I Agree-this blows". Cindy is a fool. She is lowering our militaries moral, and she is giving the Taliban, and the Insurgents great propaganda. She's saying that this Iraq war has been a useless, and says that we have to pull out right now. We do that, her sons life will be in vain, and all the rest of poor soldiers family. I live in Ohio, and went to the Shroeders (spellcheck) funeral. I'm dissapointed in her actions, and if i had a say in it, i'd say that she is one of the best subjects to learn NOT TO BECOME. A person that protests and becomes a hypocrite. She is excerising her first right, freedom of speech, but one has to know the line...

How can we respect a person who does not know how to behave towards her betters? McCain deigned to see her did he not? How dare she criticize him when he was so gracious to one such as she? She should have sung his praises for being allowed in his presence and accepted his warmongering for what it is: the dispensation of wisdom from an intellect for the ages.
