I was reading my latest issue of Weight Watchers Magazine and there are some Christmas cookie recipes that are a must do this year! Now, while cookies and a diet dont usually go together, the great folks over at Weight Watchers sure made it happen!
I love to get out my Christmas cookie recipes this time of year and decide which ones I will make to share with our friends and neighbors. The problem with most Christmas cookie recipes is that you find yourself making quite the mess of your kitchen. The lovely Weight Watchers people even thought of this and these Christmas cookie recipes dont even involve any baking. They are simple enough to make quickly, but elegant enough to give as a gift. You really cant beat that combination. Oh, and they taste divine, because there is chocolate involved! Who knew that Christmas cookie recipes could actually be kind to your waistline?
