Can't we all stick together, ladies? I started a new job and IMMEDIATELY, this thirtysomething girl I SUPPORT with projects, is highly COMPETITIVE, unsupportive of new ideas, completely fake and totally kisses butt to management. Luckily I think they're catching on about what a loser she is. Example? We just gave a going away party for my boss. I was the one who came up with the idea for the gifts and went around and had 25+ people sign a book of well wishes. Did this girl help with anything? Yet said "you're welcome" when my boss thanked US!!! She took the credit! Ugh! Sometimes I wish I was a guy. Why can chicks be so vicious?

Guys can be just as vicious and competitive--especially when you work in an environment they dominate--much like mine. We have only two women in our office and I swear they have it made just because they are women. Although I feel for them since most of the idiotic ultra-competitive guys I work with won't even talk to them!
