This small winery produces amazing pinot noirs, however, when we went winetasting last weekend, we received really horrible service. I suspect that the reason is because we were on the "younger" side (late 20's - early 30's) however, we bought more wine than others older than us who were tasting. I've bought a LOT of wine from Bynum and won't support it any longer because of the service received. Wineries need to take note that those in our age range are the new wino's and service accordingly.

(7/19):
We went to Davis Bynum when we were 25 for our honeymoon and were treated like family members. An older guy took tons of time with us and we spent about an hour with him. Maybe you should try going during the week when tourism is lower.
