Who writes that stuff that he reads aloud? It usually appears as if he is reading it for the very first time! If he is not reading from a script then it is bound to be even more embarrassing. Even if he were just a poor speaker it wouldn't be so bad, but he comes off so INSINCERE! He is probably one of our worst presidents, if not THE WORST!
