We all know what a miracle this is, but my best friend in the world just had a baby and I have to say, being that close to someone has given me a whole new perspective. From the day you find out you are pregnant, your life changes - differnt priorities, hopes, dreams. It's so amazing to watch this life grow and develop inside someone. The fact that the baby moves and sleeps and kicks inside another person just really amazes - it's truly a little person. To think that we are equipped with the means to create, nurture and deliver a new life is just amazing. I am so touched seeing my friends, as new parents, become just that - parents. That baby depends on them for everything, and I have to say, is the luckiest baby in the world.
