For a great breakfast on a budget look up Mother's. It is a mix of cafeteria and resteraunt style. The price and food is great! If you want something nicer go to the Court of Two Sisters for the buffet. I was there for the Sunday buffet and I am not sure if that is different. The seafood omlette was great. But call ahead for reservations.
