BMW 19' cracked rims and runflats

Have replaced 8 tyres due to punctures. Two rear rims cracked ~ 12 months ago and now am told that rear rims are cracked again. BMW blames it on potholes. BMW I believe are selling a faulty and unsafe product with runflats on 19' rims for BMW 335
