Attacking Iraq helped Saudi Arabia the most! Just like when GHW Bush was selling our weapons to the Iranians, to be used to kill Iraqis. At the time the Iraqis were our "friends" and we were publicly selling them weapons to kill Iranians (our enemies). For selling weapons to our enemies, George HW Bush should have been tried for treason! Then they said it was to fight communism in Central America and everyone was pardoned. Nuns were killed in Central America and more hatred of the United States was generated. Bush and the Saudis profited greatly from all this. The Saudis funded Iran-Contra directly at $2 million a month. It's the truth and it is the greed and oil and selling out our national interests that started it.
