Arrested Again - American Idol Finalist Jessica Sierra
I thought Amy Winehouse was bad....This girl hasn't even gotten a record deal yet. 2005 American Idol Finalist Jessica Sierra is sleeping on a jailhouse mattress as we speak. Arrested again - in less than 2 weeks after pleading no contest to charges of battery and possession of drugs stemming from an April offense - Jessica Sierra is now being held without bond in a Florida jail.
Apparently, Jessica had some choice words for the patrons in the bar and even getting into a fight outside. When police caught up with her and put her in the backseat of a squad car - Jessica had some choice words for the arresting police officer too. I'll spare you the details since this is a PG site, but suffice it to say, she offered the officer a "good time," and then threw racial slurs his way when he didn't accept her "generous" offer. (I wouldn't want any favors from her either...it’s a total turn-off when she’s puking in the backseat of your car!)
At her court date in early November, a judge was pretty stern with her when he handed down the 12 month probationary period, letting her know he was "not impressed." Bets are he knew he would be seeing Jessica Sierra again. I mean she missed her August court date because she was supposedly filming the VH1 Reality Show - Celebrity Rehab. Yeah, I can see how that wouldn't impress me either. Jessica could get the book slapped at her with this latest offense and the violation of her probation.
And assuming Jessica's stint on VH1's Celebrity Rehab (set to air Jan ’08) didn't go so well, at least she'll have time to detox in jail.
