Apple Corps (Beatles Co) demanding Apple (iPod) remove Apple logo from iTunes Store    Back to the homepage
Views: 1037 Report
this is just plain greed and stupidity: "In the lawsuit at London's High Court, Apple Corps is seeking to force Apple Computer to drop its logo from the iTunes store and pay unspecified damages. The California-based company has countered by saying a 1991 agreement between the two Apples allows them to distribute entertainment content."

Anonymous (4/3): Wrong. Apple Computer was aware of the Apple Corps name before they formed their company. They acknowledged that when they agreed to stay out of the music business. They have violated that agreement and now they will pay the price. (report)
