I sympathize with the terrible distress she is experiencing at the death of her young son. But I have to say that it is interesting how karma works. She seems to be only famous, and therefore rich and living a life of luxury, because she preyed upon the death of a man who had a one and half billion dollar fortune. It looks to me like the stress that she must haved caused his family has now come back to her through the death of someone she loved.

Observing the obvious is not sick, it is simply a part of learning the truth about what is really going on here. I emphasized that I felt sympathy for her. But karma is for real, and observing it in my own life has taught me a great deal. There is always something important to be learned from great sorrow. Most importantly, we learn that creating sorrow for others always creates sorrow for ourselves, without exception, even though most people never see the connection.

What did her son do to deserve the karma of dying?

We never can fully know why things happen to other people, but his death seems to have been a drug overdose. Which means he did it to himself. It reminds me of the title of one of John Lennon's songs, "Instant Karma". People think the word "karma" means only getting back what you do to others, but it also contains the notion that we create our own reality, whether positive or negative.
