I know I pick up Weight Watchers magazine for mostly good recipes with points applied to assist me in dieting; and diet is all about food; but it is also about health. So why is Weight Watchers’ Wellness Workbook at the end of the magazine (which is a good piece on menopause in Nov/Dec)? The information about menopause is so important that I should read it last? Weight Watchers’ My Health and My Body sections at the front of the magazine are weak at best covering stretching (two yoga poses) and cross country skiing (not) and walking. The meat of the health story regarding menopause and hormone therapy have a position where most women this age feel; relegated to the end of the line. What are they thinking? Do you know what section is at the front of Weight Watchers? My Looks; apparently there is still a disconnect; a great divide between sensible and stylish. Maybe it is more who has the attention span to make it to the end of the magazine ladies.
That’s my two points anyway
